Secure your booth in three easy steps!

  1. Select a booth space from the floor plan.
  2. Complete and sign the 2020 booth space application and contract.
  3. Pay your booth deposit.

ASTRA will contact you within 2 business days to confirm receipt of your request.

Note: Booth space requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. ASTRA will do its best to accommodate booth preferences; however, requests are not guaranteed. 

ASTRA Members             $2,000 per 10' x 10' booth
Non-Members                  $3,000 per 10' x 10' booth
**There is a $300 corner charge.

Standard Booth Inclusions
8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape
Booth ID sign with company name and booth number
Two (2) complimentary full-conference badges per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved

Payment Schedule
50% Non-refundable deposit due with application
Remaining Balance is due January 31, 2020

**Applications without a deposit will not be processed and booth space will not be reserved. 

Are you a first-time ASTRA exhibitor?
Back by popular demand, the New Players Park Pavilion, designed for smaller manufacturers, is a fun, unique way to showcase your new-to-market product(s) to qualified buyers in a highly visible part of the exhibit hall. Simplify your planning with a New Players Park booth package that includes carpeting and basic booth furnishings - no need to opt in.


ASTRA Members             $1,350 per 5' x 10' booth
Non-Members                  $1,850 per 5' x 10' booth
**5' x 10' Half-Booths are ONLY for companies with 5 or less products/SKUs

ASTRA Members             $2,000 per 10' x 10' booth
Non-Members                  $3,000 per 10' x 10' booth

**There is a $300 corner charge.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying companies only. Each application submitted for the New Players Park will be reviewed by ASTRA against eligibility criteria and applicants will be notified of approval status via email.
